Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Whenever having visited the Booking Platform you are always legally bound by the Terms of Use.

General Terms of us

Confirming your trip :

To avoid any no-show-up for your activities, we do recommend to contact us one day or 2 days before the running of the trip in order to confirm your trip and share Your driver’s name and guide’s name and contacts. This really helps you to avoid any inconvenience that could happen.

Travel Permits 

when you book a trip to Cairo or to Luxor from the red sea( Hurghada- Marsa Alam- El Gouna- Makadi- Soma bay- Safaga- El Quseir- Sahel Hashesh)You need to send us a copy of your passports via E-mail and room number when you arrive in Egypt In order to make and arrange the security travel permits. without this, we will not be able to confirm your trip

Booker responsibilities

You are responsible for timely arrival at the Product meeting and starting point. Should you for some reason be delayed and provided that such delay significantly impedes the execution of the Product, the supplier is allowed to cancel the booking. In case of such cancellation, no money paid will be refunded to the booker.

Online Payment 

Upon requesting to make a booking of a Product with us your credit card will be charged.

How much will I have to pay as a deposit? How will I pay for it

The deposit required will be 25% of the total price of the tour, except during peak travel times around Christmas and New Year, when the deposit will be 50% of the total price. You can pay the deposit using a credit card (Visa and Mastercard are accepted) or a bank order directly to  Marsa Alam tours. Our representatives will be willing to provide any additional information or support you need to complete this payment.

Aroundegypttrips company does not charge any additional fees or surcharges on any debit or credit card transactions during the tour down payment Process.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. when you pay the balance in Egypt by using Credit card bank machines. we will add a 3% bank commission above the amount. If payment of the deposit in one transaction is not possible, please contact Aroundegypttrips.com to inquire about the possibility of making the payment in installments.

Credit Card payments are collected by paypal AG acting as an authorized agent of Aroundegypttrips Subsequently, PayPal will appear as Paypal Tour Booking on your credit card statement. If you did not pay for the booked Product at all, or on time, or if your credit card is revoked, your claim to receive the Product is cancelled. Such instance shall be regarded as a cancellation and the tour cancellation policy shall apply. If full payment is made, you accept the cancellation policy stated in the booking confirmation.

After payment, the booker is responsible for showing up at the specified start date and time. In case the booker does not show up, this shall be regarded as a no-show, and full payment shall still be made to the supplier. Cancellation is not possible.

If I am forced to cancel my trip with Aroundegypttrips tours will I receive a refund?

Aroundegypttrips Company`refund policy is detailed in our Terms and Conditions. The amount refunded depends on how far in advance we are notified about the cancellation.
– If you have booked a Shore Excursion from a cruise ship with Aroundegypttripsand weather conditions or circumstances otherwise outside of your control prevent the ship from coming into port then a full refund will be granted for whatever amount you have paid in advance

Trips by Flight:

the cancellation fees on all domestic flights in case you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before starting your tours. The cancellation fees of the domestic flights are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy which changes from one case to another. The rest of the paid amount will be refunded after deducting the airline tickets cancellations fees. kindly be sure that you give the correct names as in passports when you fill in the booking formulier as we use the same names to book the flight tickets to avoid any mistakes and Penalities might happen. If there  are any mistakes in filling the names.

Nile cruise:

Free cancellation up to 30 Days before the activity starts 29 Days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.14 Days before the trip start non refundable

Refund:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment. No refunds are possible for No-Show.

TIPPING KITTY:

Tips: This is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great – if not, you are not obliged to do it

Complaints :

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Acceptance Of The Agreement:

The contract constituted by the Company’s acceptance of the Client’s booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). A room for a single occupant is available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.

Flights:

Domestic flights:

The programs quoted on the average price of flights with approximate timings: Hurghada-Cairo at 05:30 arrive in Cairo at 06:30 Cairo – Luxor At 05:30 am arriving at 06:30 Aswan – Cairo at 22:00 at 23:30 & Vice versa. In case you need to adjust your flight timings, it will be subject to an extra supplement. Luxor/Sharm (most time, it is connected by flight via Cairo Airport) International flights Around Egypt trrips can assist you with international flights if needed. Business-class:: If the only available flight option is business class, there will be extra supplement will be applied above the announced Price on web site

Responsibility:

We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by railroad, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay, or irregularity to a person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings that are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

Optional Tours:

Any Optional tours such as hot-air balloon rides, entry inside any of the pyramids, or Tutankhamen’s tomb are not included Unless otherwise stated and added on during the booking process and if the customer decided to do any of those optional visits then the required tickets will be paid by the Customer.

Hotels South of Marsa Alam City:

Marsa Alam Hotels extend from El Quseir to Berenice airport. distance over 300 k.m If your hotel is located south of Marsa Alam City, There will be an extra transfer cost will be applied on the tour

surcharge on transactions completed using a debit or credit card:

  2 – 5 25% of total tour cost
  6 – 11.99 50% of total tour cost
  +12 Are considered adults
  If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
  2nd Policy – For sightseeing tours & shore excursions
  0 – 5 free of charge
  6 – 11 50 % of total tour cost
  12+ are considered adults
  If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

Changes to these Terms of Use.

Around Egypt Trips can at any point in time change these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use at the time of your visit shall always apply.

Applicable law

Use of this Website and Booking Platform is exclusively under tourism ministry law in Egypt.
